Punjabi lyricist Jaani was hurt in a traffic accident near Mohali.

After colliding with another car, the SUV flipped inside the Mohali Court Complex, injuring two more people.

The SUV in which Punjabi lyricist and composer Jaani Johan was travelling collided with another vehicle at a set of traffic lights close to Sector 88 this evening, injuring three people in all.

Both cars performed two flips before going into a turtle. According to the police, it seems that the cars did not stop at the junction and collided.

The famous poet from Gidderbaha, 33, and two more passengers were brought to a private hospital in Mohali, while the other passengers of the car sustained just minor wounds.

SHANE SOHANA Before the police came, according to Gurjit Singh, the accident victims were brought to the hospital. Police are confirming who was operating the vehicle. Up to this point, no case has been reported.

Janni is well-known in the Punjabi music business for writing the lyrics to hit songs like "Naah," "Kya Baat Ay," "Pachtaoge," "Filhall," "Titliyaan," "Baarish Ki Jaaye," and "Filhaal2 Mohabbat" for singers like B Praak, Harrdy Sandhu, and others.

According to the police, the SUV's accident with the Ford Figo appeared to have been caused, at least in part, by signal jumping at the red light.

The force of the accident caused the automobiles to flip three times. However, both cars' airbags prevented fatalities.

While occupants of the second car suffered just minor wounds, the 33-year-old lyricist from Gidderbaha and two other passengers were transferred to a private hospital in Mohali. The driver of the Toyota Fortuner was at the wheel, while the singer and his buddy were seated in the backseat. The singer had injuries to his neck and back.
