The Gajju Khan Medical College & Bacha Khan Medical Complex, is declared a Medical Teaching Institution under MTI Act 2015 (Amended), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and therefore the newly assigned Board of Governors is committed to developing the BKMC/GKMC MTI into a State of the Art Medical Teaching Facility as soon as posssible. The BKMC/GKMC MTI invites job applications for the following position on contract basis;
POST – Hospital Director
 REQUISITE QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
HOSPITAL Qualified person with Medical Background (Medical DIRECTOR Degree) and Master’s Degree in Hospital / Public Health or Health Services Management (MPH, MSc Medical / Healthcare Administration), MBA (HRM / Hospital Management) or any equivalent management qualification from a recognized institution is required. HD is Head of the Hospital Executive Committee and Principal Accounting Officer of the MTI. He will be responsible for the BOG MTI GKMC/BKMC.
The applicants should have a minimum experience of 7 | (seven years at management level positions preferably in hospitals or other health systems. Hospital positions will get additional marks. The Hospital Director will be selected and appointed by the Board for a term of 5 years including the probation period.
Maximum age limit at the time of application shall be 62 years.
Excellent salary at market rate will be offered.
Civil servants may apply for the position but will give an undertaking that in case of selection they will leave civil service.
